These Terms & Conditions are draft terms for review. By using this site, requesting a quote, submitting a form, or placing an order with American FR Safety, you agree to the terms that apply to the products and services requested.

American FR Safety may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies unless a separate written agreement signed by American FR Safety states otherwise.

American FR Safety is a distributor and supplier of flame-resistant apparel, personal protective equipment, workwear, and corporate apparel. American FR Safety is not the manufacturer of the products sold or supplied unless expressly stated in writing.

Product specifications, certifications, labels, warnings, instructions, warranties, and performance claims are provided by the applicable manufacturer. Buyer is responsible for reviewing manufacturer documentation and confirming that each product is suitable for the buyer's intended use, workplace hazards, policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Buyer is responsible for selecting, approving, issuing, using, maintaining, inspecting, and replacing all garments, PPE, and related products. Buyer is responsible for training its employees and users on proper use, care, limitations, and replacement standards.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for product selection, workplace compliance, and end-use suitability rests with the buyer. American FR Safety is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, fines, or claims arising from misuse, improper selection, lack of training, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, altered products, or use outside a product's stated purpose.

Quotes, lead times, product availability, and delivery estimates are subject to change until an order is accepted and fulfilled. American FR Safety may substitute, recommend alternatives, or cancel unavailable items when necessary, subject to buyer approval when required.

Product images, descriptions, colors, sizes, and specifications are provided for general reference and may vary from the final delivered product based on manufacturer updates, decoration requirements, availability, or production tolerances.

Some products may be delayed, unavailable, discontinued, or placed on back-order by the manufacturer or supplier. Back-order dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

American FR Safety is not liable for delays, partial shipments, missed estimated delivery dates, or business impacts caused by manufacturer shortages, supply chain issues, carrier delays, customs delays, force majeure events, or other conditions outside American FR Safety's reasonable control.

Orders involving embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, patches, logos, personalization, special sizing, or other customization may be non-cancelable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Buyer is responsible for approving artwork, spelling, colors, placements, sizes, and other decoration details before production. American FR Safety is not responsible for errors approved by the buyer.

Return and exchange eligibility may vary by product, manufacturer, condition, timing, and whether an item was customized. Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition unless American FR Safety approves otherwise in writing.

Special-order, closeout, discontinued, custom-decorated, or personalized products may be final sale.
